Kenyans have been left talking after what IG Koome has done to an officer in Nairobi on Wednesday evening.

This is after the officer was promoted to the rank of sergeant at the Nairobi Terminus Railways station.
He was taken up the ranks after he did very well at the guard command.
According to a post by Cops kenya, the officer can be seen weeping in joy as another officer as is seen besides him.
“Our officer was promoted by the IG to the rank of sergeant at the Nairobi Terminus Railways station after a sterling quarter guard command and he was really overwhelmed emotionally.
Congratulations major” the message by the official Cops Kenya Twitter account reads.
This act of the officer has left Kenyans on social media speaking as seen via the link given.
