In the recent years the National Examinations malpractices have gone high in this country.

As a result the government of Kenya put the National Assembly Education Committee to task to find out the course of the cheating in the National Examinations, according to the reliable sources, the National Assembly Education Committee said that teachers are the most people in involved in cheating in the National Examinations, this is because they need to get promotions from the Teachers Service Commission, become the Teachers Service Commission offer promotions to teachers based on performance, therefore teachers are forced to cheat.
