The former Cabinet Secretary CS for Information Communication Technology (ICT) Hon Joe Mucheru has been appointed the President of Jumo in United Kingdom.
According to reliable sources, the former CS said that he will work in the London – based to his best to ensure that he supports the achieve its goals, navigate the regulatory landscape and build the ‘s picture across the continent of Africa.
CS Mucheru worked in the department of ICT, innovation and youth affairs during the President Uhuru Kenyatta’s tenure and his work was commendable. He was supporting the Azimio la Umoja one Kenya coalition in the August 9 general elections led by Raila Odinga.
However, when the Azimio lost the elections, the Kenya Kwanza team won and President Ruto appointed another ICT CS to replace him.
