Mt Kenya Politician Advices Uhuru to Make a Political U-turn Prior to Election

The relationship between the president Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto has been a topic of thought among citizens. Uhuru and Ruto have been in the office together several years until their political objectives deviated.However the president is seen to have interest to support Raila’s presidential bid.

Kirinyaga county governor Anne Mumbi Waiguru, who is also a close Ruto’s supporter has today revealed her opinion towards Uhuru and Ruto relationship.According to her Uhuru should not support Raila but rather join hands with his deputy (Ruto) before exiting the Statehouse office.In other words Waiguru suggests that Uhuru should not break his promise of ‘Kumi yangu, Kumi Yako’.Indeed she (Waiguru) claims that Uhuru joining Ruto’s camp might improve his dignity as he retire from leadership.Her words have however aroused Kenyans’ reactions as they share varying opinions via the social media platforms.What is your concern regarding Waiguru’s opinion?
