Big Brother Naija reality star, Omashola Kola Oburoh better known as Sholzy has explained why fake notes were sparked at his wedding months back.
Taking to his Instagram page, he admonished the public to use him as a poster for the EFCC campaign against Naira abuse. He recalled how he introduced the facemask in 2020 before COVID hit Nigeria and people were laughing at him.
The same thing happened at his wedding in December as he noted how people mocked him for spraying fake money. Following the arrest of crossdresser, Bobrisky, he expressed gratitude to God as he would have also ended in prison.

Kemi Filani reported early this month that popular crossdresser, Bobrisky was arrested by the Economic and Financial Crime Commission over alleged currency mutilation and abuse of the Naira. He had pleaded guilty in court and had pleaded with the judge to give him another chance.
He promised to make good use of his platform to inform and educate his followers about spraying money as he begged the judge to tamper justice with Mercy. Unfortunately, the judge didn’t excuse his bad behavior.
Last week, the crossdresser was sentenced to jail for 6 months without an option of a fine over Naira abuse.
Recall that Omashola officially tied the knot with his beautiful wife, Britnee Malin on the 23rd of December 2023. The couple made it official with a traditional wedding and a church ceremony in the presence of their family, friends, and close associates.
Omashola who shared the video on his official verified page, was delighted to finally walk his beautiful partner down the aisle, as he described it as the happiest day of his life.
