Ramaphosa sacks another minister, but is his anti-graft drive selective?

President Cyril Ramaphosa’s firing of yet another minister has done little to ease criticism over his uneven handling of corruption and maladministration allegations inside government.

Sisisi Tolashe has become the third minister to be axed by President Cyril Ramaphosa since the Government of National Unity (GNU) took office in mid-2024, after mounting allegations of maladministration during her tenure as social development minister.
