ODM Secretary Clarifies Death of Party Leader Oburu Odinga

The Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) has strongly denied online claims that its leader, Oburu Odinga, has passed away. The party’s Secretary described the reports as false and urged Kenyans not to believe or spread unverified information circulating on social media.

In a statement, the ODM Secretary reassured the public, party supporters, residents of Siaya County, and the entire Kenyan nation that Dr. Oburu Oginga is alive and in good condition.

The statement came after several bloggers allegedly circulated reports suggesting that the veteran politician had died.

False death reports involving Oburu Odinga have reportedly surfaced on previous occasions. His age and public concerns about his health have sometimes contributed to speculation about his wellbeing. However, the latest reports have been dismissed by the ODM leadership.

Kenyans have therefore been encouraged to ignore the rumors and wait for credible information from official sources.
