Kenya considering more Eurobond issuance to pay off maturing debt, minister says

NAIROBI, Feb 11 (Reuters) – Kenya is considering more Eurobond issuance to pay off maturing debt as part of “liability management operations” to smooth out its debt maturity curve, its finance minister said on Wednesday.
