Ghanaian midfielder Yaw Yeboah has sealed a move to Qingdao Hainiu in the Chinese Super League.

The 28-year-old signed a deal to join the Chinese outfit after leaving Major League Soccer side Los Angeles FC.

Yeboah, who started his career in Europe with Manchester City, will now be moving to Asia after over a decade in Europe and America.

He arrives with enormous experience and he is expected to play a huge role in the upcoming season for Qingdao, who finished 16th in the last campaign.

The former Ghana U23 captain enjoyed a successful career in the United States, winning the MLS in 2023 with Los Angeles FC.

Before his time with LAFC, he had established himself as one of the best African players in the league with Columbus Crew.

Yeboah also enjoyed spells in Europe with Lille, FC Twente, Real Oviedo, CD Numancia and Wisla Krakow.

He has four caps for the senior national team of Ghana.
