We can’t lose to Women’s coach – Kotoko China Circles PRO ahead of Super Clash

Public Relations Officer of the Asante Kotoko China Circles, Martin Tawiah, has issued a bold warning ahead of the highly anticipated Super Clash against Hearts of Oak.

Speaking ahead of Sunday’s encounter, Tawiah expressed confidence that Kotoko would emerge victorious regardless of the club’s current technical situation.

He also aimed a swipe at Hearts of Oak head coach Didi Dramani, suggesting the Phobians’ trainer will be left disappointed after the game.

“With or without a coach, we will beat Hearts of Oak,” he declared.

“Didi Dramani will cry on Sunday. He is a specialist in coaching women and scouting talents. He has coached Kotoko before, so the DNA is still there. He still loves the club. He will cry after the game. Kotoko can never lose to a women’s coach,” Tawiah told Mothers FM in Accra.

The comments intensify the already heated build-up to the Super Clash, one of Ghana’s fiercest football rivalries.

Kotoko have not lost to their arch rivals since March 2023. The Porcupines have four wins and a draw in the last five league meetings.

Meanwhile, Hearts of Oak head into the game as the most in the form side, sitting third and on a four-game unbeaten run.

Kotoko, on the other hand, are fifth and have won just one of their last four games, losing one and drawing two.
