Training Academy goes full digital, opens more centres

HRH Khadijat Abdulkadir, CEO, INGRYD Academy

Nigerian tech training company, Ingryd Academy, has migrated to a full-digital model, while establishing examination centres across five locations globally, as it seeks to tap growing tech talent demand for cross-border skill development.

The company’s Managing Director, Khadijat Abdulkadir, revealed the development during a panel session at the Tech Revolution Africa conference in Lagos.

According to Abdulkadir, the shift from the company’s previous physical classroom to a digital learning model is designed to expand access to its training programmes, particularly in markets showing strong demand outside Nigeria.

The academy has migrated its courses to Edify, its proprietary learning management platform, which offers users the flexibility to choose between crash courses, self-paced learning, or hybrid options.

“We have moved all our courses to our platform to support our users and scale to other countries where we are seeing traction,” he said.
