A number of learners came out in number from eDikeni in Eastern Cape, Phandulwazi school to stand against their head master (Principal) after they were given water which aren’t clean.

They say they’ve been complaining about the water and they getting sick as a result. Unfortunately, have been done which today in the Eastern Cape we see a nimber of learners gathered to confront the situation.

Police have been called to the school after the school have been demanding to be given clean water, the water that was given to them got a lot of learners sick. We see police trying to control the situation at the scene our visual show us that there’s some pulling and dragging in between the police and the learners.

It seems like things got physically at the scene where school learners of Phandulwazi secondary school are gathering, between them and the police officers on ground scene. The matter need to be handle properly every learners deserves clean water says the learners.

We managed to get the side of the story from the learners: “The Principal stored dirty water on the tanks and we have been getting sick one learner after the other, stomach problems vomiting and cramps. We demand clean water and we are standing our grounds, our parents should join us on this protest”, one of the learners protesting.

The kids are concerned about their health. It is proper for the management to demand a supplier that will bring clean water. It is a valid reason why the kids can’t go to school and decide to confront the situation at the school.
