Nollywood actress Bimpe Akintunde seems to be retracing her steps following backlash over her support for colleague, Olatoun Olanrewaju, amid her fight with Femi Adebayo’s wife.
Kemi Filani reported that following the audio conversation Olatoun leaked of her and Femi Adebayo’s wife, Bimpe, had declared support for her. She expressed sympathy for the upcoming actress, noting that they have been sisters for a long time. Bimpe declared that Olatoun will forever remain her sister and admonished her to stay strong.
Taking to her Instagram page, Akintunde noted that she has always been filled with positive vibes and doesn’t interfere in ongoing issues or shade people. She made it clear that she was only showing Olatoun sisterly love during her trying time, given what she has been going through for months now, both offline and online.
Bimpe said, being an emotional person, she feels for her and wasn’t trying to shade Femi’s wife, nor was she applauding Olatoun GM for getting involved in the whole matter. She stated that she will never celebrate or support the downfall of her fellow woman.

Following the attacks from Femi’s wife, Olatoun recalled how she struck a relationship with Iyan and claimed that on the set of Jagun Jagun 2, Iyan Aladuke did unspeakable things to Femi, which started her predicament. She admonished the mother of one to say the things she did publicly and boldly.
Not done, Olatoun had leaked their conversation to refute some of Iyan Aladuke’s allegations. In the audio, Iyana had vowed to destroy the name Femi is trying to protect and hoped for his father, Adebayo Salami, to have a stroke. Iyan Aladuke revealed that she was plotting to bring down his Instagram page, which he values so much, so he can feel the heat.
Last year, during the heat of her marital issues, Iyan Aladuke had called out, Olatoun, for allegedly causing her problems. She alleged that Olatoun destroyed her marriage and expressed how hurt she is by the betrayal.
Hitting back, Olatoun said she wasn’t the reason for her downfall, as she noted how Aladuke created every bit of the situation. She questioned how she could have destroyed her.
Recall in June that Aduke, hinted at marital crisis as she threw shots at the filmmaker. She stated that if she had a spell, magic, or power to make a man love her when she met him, he could never have made that list.
Kemi Filani further noticed that the couple had unfollowed each other on Instagram.
