Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi has defended the empowerment drives being spearheaded by various leaders in the country, noting that it is the only way to uplift citizens from poverty.
Speaking during an empowerment drive in Mwala Constituency, where Deputy President Kithure Kindiki was presiding over the empowerment of women and youth, Sudi urged Kindiki to focus on major infrastructural projects.
