These reports emerged from a WhatsApp screenshot that made rounds on social media on Friday night, and it was of a group chat that allegedly belonged to some senior members of Nairobi County.
The screenshot showed that Governor Johnson Sakaja was allegedly there as well as Geoffrey Mosiria and a personal assistant (PA), who had the moniker of Davy.
In the group chat, they were allegedly boasting of how the goons that they sent on Thursday were successful in infiltrating the peaceful protests, that were aimed and fighting for justice for the late Albert Ojwang.

In the screenshot, Geoffrey Mosiria also allegedly says that he hired the goons to vandalize the litter bins of Nairobi County, in order to make it look like the protests were not peaceful.

Governor Johnson Sakaja was also allegedly seen saying that how he promised to fully educated Albert Ojwang’s son Miles was just an exercise that was aimed at exciting Kenyans.
Reacting to the screenshots however, Geoffrey Mosiria made it clear that it was fake and that they never said such things.
The Nairobi County Chief Officer for Environment further alleged that this was just some propaganda, that was sponsored by some people who wanted to make them look bad.
“Sponsored fake propaganda!!” He said.
