In a remarkable twist of fate, Ahmed El-Husseini, a resident of El Salam City in Cairo, attests to have discovered a stone with a striking image resembling the Virgin Mary, along with what appears to be a tree trunk within it.

Ahmed El-Husseini’s journey began with a vivid dream he had when he was just 14 years old. In the dream, he saw a large, joyful crowd awaiting someone, and he felt certain it was the Virgin Mary they were expecting. To his astonishment, he encountered the Virgin Mary herself, who placed a stone in his hand, saying, “It is yours, Ahmed, it is yours,” as radiant light enveloped her presence.

Two years later, in August 1996, while walking with his younger brother in Cairo, Ahmed stumbled upon a path less travelled. During this fateful stroll, he tripped and instinctively picked up a stone from the ground. To his amazement, the stone emitted a brilliant light, revealing an image resembling a pregnant Virgin Mary. It was an uncanny resemblance to the figure he had encountered in his dream.

Upon returning home, Ahmed displayed the stone on the table, where his mother recognized the image as that of the Virgin Mary, believing that Christ was in her womb, with the inclusion of a tree trunk in the stone. Astonishingly, others who have seen the stone have concurred, affirming that it depicts the Virgin Mary.

To add to the intrigue, this stone’s authenticity was examined by geology experts at a German university specializing in geosciences, although the examination wasn’t official. Nonetheless, a German professor marvelled at the stone, suggesting that it might hold considerable value, estimating it to be worth millions of dollars.

The stone’s dimensions measure 27.57 mm in height, 17.64 mm in width, and 12.45 mm in depth, with a weight of 5.3 grams. This discovery has generated widespread fascination and devotion in El Salam City, as people from various backgrounds come to witness the stone’s extraordinary image, seeking a deeper connection to their faith.

Ahmed El-Husseini’s story and the mysterious stone serve as a testament to the power of belief and the enduring significance of faith in a world that often seeks miracles and divine signs. While debates about its authenticity may continue, for many, this stone is a symbol of hope and a connection to the divine.
