Reject any candidate who can’t unite NPP

The New Patriotic Party(NPP) presidential candidate hopeful, Dr Bryan Acheampong, has urged delegates of the party to vote against any presidential aspirant who cannot unite the party and secure votes across all constituencies to guarantee victory in the 2028 general elections.

Addressing party delegates on day two of his second leg campaign in the Eastern Region on Monday, January 19, Dr Acheampong called on delegates to endorse his candidacy to rebuild confidence, reconnect with disaffected supporters, and deliver victory for the party in the next general elections.

He indicated that the party’s next flagbearer must be someone capable of bringing every constituency on board and mobilising the grassroots across the country to return the NPP to power.

“I have been to all the constituencies in the country. Anyone who wants to lead us must be able to step foot everywhere in Ghana to campaign for our party, the NPP.

“You want to lead the party and say you can’t go to a particular place, and yet you expect those places you didn’t visit to vote for you? Let us choose someone who can go everywhere in Ghana to seek votes for our party,” he said.
