Ruto Gives Ndindi New Name, Warns Him Over Extorting Foreign Investors

President Ruto has given Kiharu Legislator Ndindi Nyoro a new name and warned him over extorting foreign investors.

Speaking today in Mwingi, Kituo President Ruto began by accusing Ndindi Nyoro of buying Kenya Power Shares at Ksh 2 per share in the past that he said currently goes for Ksh 19 per share. Ruto went ahead to expose how Ndindi was also trying to purchase the KPC shares at Ksh 5.

“Mwingine anazunguka zunguka hapa ati ako na shares ya Kenya Power, alinunua shilingi mbili sahii anauza shilingi kumi na tisa. Ulikuwa unataka kununua hii ya Kenya Pipeline na shilingi tano kwa sababu ulikuwa unatuambia ni bei ghali. Ati sahii ndio ungekuwa unauzia Dangote” President Ruto said.

He branded Ndindi Nyoro as Mr Shylock and sternly warned him and his gang against extorting investors coming to Kenya. Ruto made it clear that it will no longer be business as usual

“I want to tell you Mr Shylock and your gang you have done enough. You have extorted enough from investors coming to our country. You have played manipulation of shares enough so that you can make money for yourself. This is the time for the people of Kenya to get their rightful share and am going make sure that it does” Ruto’ said.

The Head of State was reacting after Ndindi Nyoro accused him of pressuring state-backed institutions including NSSF to buy KPC shares. Nyoro claimed that Ruto recently directed the institutions to sell the shares to Aliko Dangote, something he claimed ended up resulting in losses. However Ruto has dismissed the claims and said that the Institutions sold the shares at a profit.
