Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) has advertised the sale of 17 vehicles, featuring lorries and luxury cars, in a public auction.

The financial institution announced the auction in a notice published in the Daily Nation on Wednesday, April 29.

What is the bidding process for KCB vehicles?

The bank noted that prospective buyers must pay a non-refundable bidding fee of KSh 5,000 per vehicle.

It said the auction will be done online through the bank’s vehicle portal by Wednesday, May 7, 2026.

“A non-refundable bid fee of KSh 5,000 per vehicle shall be payable by all successful bidders. View and bid for the motor vehicles on sale through our website not later than Wednesday, May 7, 2026,” it stated.

It clarified that the vehicles will be sold on ‘as-is, where-is basis’, indicating that successful bidders will get loans to purchase the vehicles, subject to credit analysis.

In other news, MOGO Limited announced an auction of 27 vehicles, offering the cheapest model at KSh 110,500.

A 2011 Toyota Probox for KSh 255,000 and a Mercedes-Benz C200 for KSh 160,000 are among the vehicles on sale.

The vehicles are in yards located in Nairobi, Kisumu and Mombasa.
