The Dormaa-based Premiership club is amongst last eight teams that secured qualification to the quarter finals of the most prestigious cup tournament and look ambitious to excel in the competition, especially with two Ghanaian heavyweights Asante Kotoko SC and Accra Hearts of Oak SC been eliminated.
The quarter finals encounter is scheduled for this weekend, with four teams including Aduana FC are placed in Bechem – Nana Fosu Gyeabour park.
The two-times Premier league champions Aduana FC is drawn with ambitious lower-division side Techiman Liberty Youth.
Aduana FC, who are still riding high after eliminating Asante Kotoko on shoot outs at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium will be bent on cruising to the last four, says the gaffer Cioaba Aristica
While Aduana will start as favourites, Liberty Youth have already demonstrated that they are capable of upsetting established sides after kicking Real Tamale United out with a convincing victory.
“I believe that after winning our home game 2-0, the players now have more confidence. That has been the only problem in the team. This week in the training, I see the players with more confidence, and they are working hard”

Aduana Stars FC have yet to place their hands on the MTN FA Cup since their establishment, however have gone to Africa twice with the Ghana Premier league slot.
