APGA’ll Replicate Soludo’s Governorship Victory Across Nigeria In 2027 – Opara – Independent Newspaper Nigeria

AWKA – The National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Mazi Ejimofor Opara, has said that the party is poised to replicate Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo’s second-term reelection victory across the country in the forthcoming 2027 general elections.

Opara who stated this at APGA regional headquarters in Awka while announcing the recommencement of the party’s nationwide continuous E-Registration exercise, said it has never happened before in the history of Anambra State where a sitting governor won his reelection by a whooping 73% and that considering the distribution of polling units in the state, APGA won over 95% of the total polling units in the state in the last governorship election.

He said that the party is very auspicious in the coming election, that the same wave will blow across the Southeast and, if possible, across the entire country, because APGA, according to him, is prepared for the 2027 general elections.

He said that the essence of the continuous registration exercise was to update the party’s database because he believes that between June 2024 and presently, a lot must have happened, as many would have either died or joined other political parties, coupled with those who have attained voting age, stressing that the continuous E-Registration exercise was of paramount importance.

He recalled that the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) was the first and foremost political party to commence membership automation in the country as far back as 1st June 2024, when the party officially flagged off the exercise.

Opara noted that the registration exercise would be taken down to the wards and polling units to scout for real members who have ward value and polling unit value, emphasizing that people should watch out for APGA in the coming elections.

The APGA national publicity secretary said that the continuous E-Registration exercise would begin simultaneously on March 1, 2026, across the 8, 809 electoral wards in the country.
