How should you celebrate Valentine’s Day?

Speaking to TUKO.co.ke, relationship expert Jane Muthoni noted that while grand gestures are beautiful, consistency matters more in relationships.

“Valentine’s Day is a lovely opportunity for couples to celebrate each other, but love should not be reduced to one day of extravagance. What truly sustains relationships is intentionality, emotional presence and effort throughout the year. Grand surprises are exciting, but daily respect, communication and appreciation are what make love last,” she said.
