He advised beneficiaries to support the vision of President John Dramani Mahama (JDM), noting that the programme was aimed at empowering the youth through skills development and employment.
Kofi Kwakye, district head of the Social Welfare Department cautioned beneficiaries, particularly PWDs against selling the equipment received.
He urged them to work hard and use the equipment productively to achieve long-term financial security.
