According to Henry Asante Twum, communication director of the Ghana Football Association they are in talks with Austria for a pre-world cup game as they aim at putting the Black Stars in proper shape for the 23rd edition of the Mundial to be played in USA, Canada and Mexico.

Henry Asante Twum speaking to Sporty FM Ghana, revealed there is an ongoing discussion with the Austrian federation for a possible friendly to be slated after Germany encounter.
“Austria is one of the teams we are talking to play after the Germany friendly game, and hopefully, when the contract is signed, we will make it official to the public,” he said.
