Nigerian singer Qudus Oluwadamilare, popularly known as Qdot, has opened up on the deep fear and emotional pain he has continued to battle months after a robbery at his home in Lagos.

Naija News reports that the incident happened in the early hours of September 28, 2025, but the singer said the experience has refused to leave his mind.

He explained that since that night, he has struggled with sleep and now wakes up daily in fear at the same time the attack occurred.

Qdot revealed that he wakes up around 2:30 a.m. every night, gripped by panic, as memories of the robbery return.

According to him, his heart is rarely calm, and he constantly feels unsafe, as though the attackers could return at any moment.

The fear, he said, has taken over his peace and affected his daily life.

The singer also shared that the trauma has left him emotionally unstable, with sleep no longer coming easily.

He added that he keeps praying for healing, peace of mind, and relief from the fear that has followed him since the incident.

He said stronger efforts from the authorities are needed to help prevent such attacks and protect residents.

Recall that armed men invaded Qdot’s residence around 2 a.m. on the day of the attack.

During the operation, the singer and his official DJ were held at gunpoint while the assailants ransacked the house.

The attackers reportedly left with phones, laptops, and other valuable items.

After the robbery, it was also discovered that some of Qdot’s bank accounts and social media platforms had been tampered with.

After the incident, Qdot described the attack as one of the scariest moments of his life, admitting that he feared he might not survive it.

He later expressed appreciation to friends, family members, and fans who stood by him and offered support during the difficult period.

Qdot is a well-known Nigerian singer with popular songs such as Gbese and Alomo Meta.

He is also the founder and head of the Yoruba Boi Music record label.
