People on Twitter have been left speechless and in disbelief about the cars posted that belong to the South African Traffic Police department. Pictures of Gauteng traffic police were uploaded on Twitter and many were left shocked. Twitter user Sire uploaded the pictures and captioned we are slowly becoming like Dubai officers. What Left people speechless is the type of cars that have been purchased for the department. These cars are worth billions of amount and to the masses it looks like the department is trying by all means to upgrade their transportation because many are used driving bakkie, vans and the list goes on.
They never went to the level of buying expensive car machines like these ones . Some of the cars uploaded include vw golf R. This an expensive car that is worth over millions. Imagine how expensive it was to buy more that five golf R cars. It revealed to the masses that the department has lots of money. People also noticed a BMW car that is estimated to be over a million. These cars are said to be classy and have unique car system that anyone wish to have. Apparently it is absolutely nice to see yourself driving these cars.
Those who are driving these cars can testify how good it is to experience such. They are beautiful, classy and expensive. It is many people’s wish to see themselves driving such expensive and classy cars that always grab the attention of people while they are on the road. Many can tell that their prices are worth it because of everything that comes with them
Meanwhile others are celebrating that the department bought these cars others are saying it was a full waste of money. This is because our country is facing a high rate of unemployment. They say they could have just used to the money to create jobs in instead of buying cars. They say the government is not being fair by using the state’s money to buy expensive cars instead of creating jobs. What is your take on this matter?
