Floyd Mayweather was caught on camera refusing to take a photo with a teenage boy at a basketball game in Los Angeles over the weekend because his nails were painted.

On Saturday, October 23, after the Clippers’ game against the Memphis Grizzlies, the teen saw the boxing superstar at the Staples Center.

The teen then approached Mayweather intending to take a selfie with him, but the boxer refused.

“You got painted nails, I don’t take pictures with guys who don’t have painted nails,” Mayweather, 44, says in the video, which was first shared by TMZ.

As Mayweather walks away, a person who appears to be Floyd’s security guard asks the teen to step back.

“Floyd’s a homophobe,” the disgruntled fan tells the camera. “You were the first to notice it. Floyd refuses to take a photo with me because my nails are painted. Bro?”

According to witnesses, Mayweather had no problem taking selfies with other people. According to TMZ, he was seen posing and smiling with at least one other fan.
