FC Bayern has punished Sadio Mané for fighting with Leroy Sané in the locker room during Tuesday’s City-Bayern game.
Bayern state that Mané will play differently against Hoffenheim and that the Senegalese winger will be fined if he does.
According to BILD’s investigation, Sadio Mané hit Leroy Sané in the head after the match at Etihad Stadium.
Sadio Mané “complained about how Sané addressed him on the pitch and went after Sané by hitting him in the face” after the final whistle, BILD reported.
Mané needed to be separated from his coworkers, thus Sané was informed of the restroom.
Two of our players have already expressed regret to the team.
Mané was suspended after Bayern’s Champions League game against Manchester City due to his inappropriate behavior. Sadio Mané will also be required to pay a fine.
