Footage showed the police arriving at the Mbagathi Hospital parking lot at 1:35 am on Sunday, June 8.
Whilst Ojwang’s was an emergency case, the three officers seemed unbothered by time after alighting.
Footage showed them moving around the compound as they conversed amongst themselves, as they engaged their phones separately.
They were then seen making movements to and fro the hospital before taking Ojwang to the emergency wing 24 minutes later.
