Rachel Ruto’s tribute on Father’s Day
On Sunday, June 15, Rachel took to social media to wish all responsible fathers a happy Father’s Day.
“To all the amazing dads out there: Today, we celebrate you. We see the quiet strength it takes to shoulder responsibilities, the long hours worked to provide, and the countless sacrifices made out of love. We cherish the guidance you give, the lessons you teach, and the safe haven you create. Your dedication in raising your children well, shaping them with patience, wisdom, and support, is the most profound gift. Thank you for every effort, big and small. You are deeply appreciated,” the first lady penned.

She also praised her husband, President William Ruto, expressing how much she loves him.
Rachel noted that Ruto is always available for his family despite the heavy burden he carries as Kenya’s president.
She described him as a man who listens, laughs and guides his children rightfully, in the face of demands and pressures.
“And to my incredible Bill: On this Father’s Day, my heart overflows with gratitude and awe for you. While you carry the weight of immense responsibility for our nation, a burden few can truly understand, you still find a way to be fully present for our family. Amidst the demands and pressures, you show up. You listen, you laugh, you guide, and you love our wonderful children with all your heart,” she continued.
Rachel also thanked Ruto for being a pillar of strength, inspiration and family head.
“Thank you for being our rock, our inspiration, and the heart of our family. Happy Father’s Day to the most remarkable dad we know. We love you beyond measure,” she added.

Charlene Ruto celebrates dad on Father’s Day
Earlier, Charlene made sure to celebrate Father’s Day in a heartfelt way.
Taking to social media to express her appreciation for her father, she shared a touching tribute to the president, highlighting the special bond they share.
Along with her message, she posted a selfie of them together, where she wore a black top with her dark sunglasses resting on her chest, while the president sported a round hat and a cream-coloured shirt.
