Police Constable James Mukhwana of Central Police Station in Nairobi has been arrested in connection with the brutal murder of 31-year-old teacher Albert Ojwang.
According to a police report seen by Citizen, Constable Mukhwana was apprehended by officers from the Internal Affairs Unit (IAU) of the National Police Service and the Independent Police Oversight Authority (IPOA).
