List of Winners in Ruto, Raila First Budget of 4.2 Trillion

Today, Treasury cabinet secretary Hon John Mbadi is expected to table his maiden budget of 4.2 trillion in the national assembly. The budget becomes the first one after president William Ruto and the former prime minister Raila Odinga formed a broad based government.

According to the reliable source we have with us from the Daily Nation newspaper dated today Thursday 12th June 2025, details have emerged about the list of winners who will smile all the way from the 4.2 trillion budget.

According to the source, the winners in the new budget allocation include; Defence ministry that has been allocated Sh201 billion with Sh2bn for recruitment of officers, Sh5bn for operations in Somalia and Sh6bn for security operations, educator ministry has also received a lions share with basic education receiving Sh5.9bn for examination.

Other departments that have received boost in allocation include; affordable housing project, public universities, UHC workers, electrification and medical equipment.
