Check Out Man United’s Packed And Tough Fixture Schedule In February.

Manchester United are among the most inform teams in England right now. Ever since the EPL resumed after the FIFA World Cup, they have won all but one of their games.

However, they are poised to have a tough and packed fixture schedule in February that will have a bearing on their season

Without any further ado, let us go through the Red Devil’s run of fixtures in February.

 1st February

The hectic month of February starts with the Red Devils entertaining Nottingham Forest at Old Trafford. This game looks easy on paper but may not be, come the first day of next month. Nottingham Forest are 12th on the table and they will be looking to dent already United’s slim chances of winning the EPL.

4th February

After 3 days, United will play at home again. This time round facing Crystal Palace who are 12th on the table. Palace are a stubborn team to beat. A prime is when these two teams met in the first leg which ended 1-1 hence denting United’s title hopes just when they had entered the conversation.

8th February

United’s third game in February will see them host 15th placed Leeds United who will be fighting to avoid relegation.

16th February

This is the fixture the Red Devils dreaded after coming second in the Europa League group stages. It’s a play-off which only serves to worsen their fixture schedule and yet it could have been avoided.

For the remaining 3 fixtures, Erik Ten Hag’s side will host Leicester, Barcelona (Europa League) and Brentford on the 19th, 23rd and 26th of February respectively.

So, in total, the Red Devils will play a whooping 8 games in the month of Feb. The bright side of things is that 6 of them will be at Old Trafford while the other 2 will be away.
