The wall of Kokeb restaurant situated in Nakuru CBD area has today collapsed and according to reports, some people’s legs have been crashed with one individual in critical condition as rescue is ongoing “The wall of KOKEB RESTAURANT opposite Nyayo gardens has fallen, crashing people’s legs.. one person in critical condition, rescue ongoing!!”, Says Odudu Jalach.
The restaurant which is situated next to Nyayo gardens park has been at the premises for years now and is well known in serving different types of dishes mostly the Ethiopian cuisines.
The police however have not given an official report as to how many people have been injured in the incident but we are awaiting for more information. Investigations on the same have commenced even as those affected are being taken care of by the rescue team that is on the ground. Locals are being requested to stay calm.
