President William Ruto speaking while hosting Teso community at Eldoret State Lodge where he was installed as a Teso Elder and named Ojokotau (a big hearted individual), said united opposition leaders are out to mislead Kenyans.
Dr. Ruto, downplaying alleged resistance of the Affordable Housing Programme by opposition leaders, urged Kenyans to ignore the noise and make the most of Kenya Kwanza regime’s projects.
“They believe a chicken cannot climb to the 12th floor. Do you want to say that a chicken will refuse to get into a lift?” Ruto mused.
Teso North MP Oku Kaunya, pushed the needle further saying the Teso people are ready to support Dr. Ruto thanks to development projects.
“We have chosen unity, we have chosen partnership, we have chosen to participate in building Kenya with you, Your Excellency,” Kaunya said.
