Super Falcons Star Reignites Dating Rumours With Nigerian Music Producer

According to a report by The Guardian on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, Super Falcons defender Michelle Alozie has reignited dating rumours with Nigerian singer and music producer Young Jonn after the pair shared a warm embrace following Nigeria’s victory over Comoros in Ikenne on Tuesday.

The encounter at Remo Stars Stadium has renewed speculation about a possible romantic relationship between the footballer and the music star.

The reunion came after the Super Falcons recorded a 5-0 victory over Comoros to secure a 7-0 aggregate win and advance to the third round of the 2028 Olympic qualifiers.

Alozie played a key role in Nigeria’s progression, scoring the opening goal in the first leg before Uchenna Kanu added the second in a 2-0 victory.

The defender and Young Jonn, whose real name is John Saviours Udomboso, have crossed paths on several occasions, fuelling speculation about the nature of their relationship.

In 2023, Alozie presented the music producer with an authentic Super Falcons jersey bearing her name and number during a meeting in Houston, Texas.

Their public interactions continued in 2024 when the footballer attended one of Young Jonn’s concerts.

Alozie also shared a clip of her car stereo playing his hit song, “Sharpaly”, further highlighting her admiration for his music.

The Super Falcons star has also named Young Jonn among her favourite Nigerian music acts, alongside Ayra Starr and Burna Boy.

Despite their repeated public appearances and latest embrace, neither has confirmed that they are romantically involved. Their relationship status therefore remains unclear.

Meanwhile, the Super Falcons will turn their attention to Morocco in the third round of the 2028 Olympic qualifiers, scheduled to take place in February and March 2027.
