The Senior Pastor Dunamis International Gospel Center (DIGC), worldwide, Dr Pastor Paul Enenche, has stated that nothing but the mercy of God, would deliver Nigeria from its numerous challenges.
He disclosed this while speaking with newsmen in Makurdi, shortly after arriving Makurdi, the Benue State capital for a two-day Healing and Deliverance Crusade with the theme: “The Mercy of God”
Dr Enenche also pointed out that during the Healing and Deliverance Crusade, the people are expected to connect to the mercy of God, that would set them free from all the shackles that had hitherto held the state and its people captive.
The Senior Pastor, further admonished leaders to look up to God, and to also take responsibility for their actions as well as have a heart for the people.
According to him, “We are here to connect with the God of mercy. The Bible said it is of the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed because His compassion fails not; they are new every morning, great is thy faithfulness
“We live in a nation at a time where we need nothing but the mercy of God; whether it is the situation of insecurity or any other form of situation that threatens to consume the land. So we are coming to ask for mercy from God to prevent us from been consumed.”
Furthermore, he observed that, “The Bible said they looked unto Him and they were enlightened and their faces were not ashamed. Therefore, let us look away from ourselves and alternatives and look up to God. While we work and do our best to do the work of our Creator, let us look up to God and trust Him for His interventions.
“Let the leadership of our nation and leadership at all levels, take responsibility and have a heart for human beings. We trust God that He would help us”, he stated. End.
