Franklin Cudjoe Leaves Hospital With Powerful Message

Founding President of IMANI Africa, Franklin Cudjoe, has announced that he has been discharged from the hospital and returned to his apartment following his recent medical treatment.

In an encouraging update shared on his official Facebook page, the Ghanaian policy analyst expressed relief at leaving the hospital as he prepares to continue his recovery from the comfort of his home.

Franklin Cudjoe disclosed that the next two weeks would be dedicated to healing before what he described as the moment when “the magic will happen”.

In his Facebook post, he wrote: “Discharged and back in my apartment..next 2 weeks of healing and then the magic will happen.”

The announcement is expected to bring relief and encouragement to his family, friends, colleagues and supporters who have been following developments surrounding his health.

Cudjoe recently travelled from Ghana to the United States for specialised neurosurgical treatment after experiencing a medical emergency.

His treatment journey involved medical attention in San Antonio and at RUSH University Medical Center in Chicago.

During the period, he expressed gratitude to individuals who supported him, particularly businessman Ibrahim Mahama, for his assistance with the documentary and travel arrangements that helped facilitate his medical journey.

His latest update suggests that he has successfully moved beyond the hospital stage and is now concentrating on the next phase of his recovery.

Although he has not provided further details about the medical procedures or what he means by the anticipated “magic”, his message has generated optimism about his health and future plans.

Cudjoe has previously indicated his desire to use his experience to support improvements in Ghana’s healthcare sector, particularly in neurology training, medical equipment and access to essential medicines.

For now, his immediate priority remains completing the two weeks of healing as he looks forward to the next chapter of his recovery.
