A member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Legal Directorate, Ross Osei Owusu, Esq., has expressed strong confidence in the parliamentary leadership and personal qualities of the party’s Minority Leader, Alexander Afenyo-Markin, describing him as an exceptional politician with an impressive record of leadership, composure and legal knowledge.
