Big win for Jomo Cosmos away from home

SEDIBENG.- Jomo Cosmos secured a crucial away victory on October 24, defeating bottom-placed Leruma United in the ABC Motsepe League Stream B.

This result provides a vital morale boost for Ezenkosi as they prepare for another difficult away fixture against Dube Continental FC this coming Friday.

Continental FC currently sits just above the relegation zone and will treat the match as a desperate battle for survival. Historically, encounters between these two teams are fiercely contested and rarely straightforward.

Much is at stake for both clubs, particularly for Continental FC, which finds itself struggling near the foot of the table once again.

The club is well accustomed to this risky position, having fought a relegation battle last season as well.

They narrowly avoided dropping into a lower division only because the South African Football Association (SAFA) decided against relegating the bottom teams at the end of the previous campaign, despite Continental FC appearing destined for the drop.
