New R797 million mega bridge opening soon in South Africa

A new R797-million road infrastructure project on the N7 north of Cape Town is nearing completion, with the Western Cape Government expecting the Van Schoorsdrift Road Safety Improvement Project to be finished by March 2027.According to the provincial department, the project is designed to improve safety and traffic flow along a 10-kilometre stretch of the N7 between the Potsdam and Melkbosstrand interchanges.
