Kenyan Woman Reveals She is Paid Sh 50,000 to Infect Cheating Nairobi Men with HIV
TikToker Liza Achieng has revealed that some Kenyan women have approached her with offers of money to sleep with their husbands or boyfriends and deliberately infect them with HIV.
Liza, who is openly living with the virus, made the claims in a series of TikTok videos.
She said the women get her phone number from her bio and reach her through direct messages and calls.
According to her, some offered as much as KSh50,000 for the act.
The content creator said she was stunned by the requests and wondered what the men were doing to push the women to such lengths.
She stressed that she speaks about her HIV journey only to raise awareness and encourage others living with the virus, not to help anyone seek revenge.
Liza urged women whose partners are cheating to walk away instead of doing something so harmful.
She also explained that she takes her medication consistently and is undetectable.
In her words, being undetectable means she cannot transmit HIV to an HIV-negative person.
To prove the requests are real, she shared one screenshot of a woman asking her to infect someone, with the sender’s profile hidden.
She said she could not post all the messages she has received.
Liza also used the videos to encourage people at risk of infection to consider the Lenacapavir injection.
She said it is taken twice a year, with the second dose coming six months after the first, and is offered in several hospitals, including Mama Lucy Hospital in Nairobi.
She cautioned that the injection protects only against HIV and not other sexually transmitted infections, and she urged Kenyans to stop judging a person’s HIV status by their appearance.
Speaking to TUKO.co.ke, Liza said she has been living with HIV for one year and one month.
