The Ghana Embassy in Washington, D.C. has announced a temporary disruption to some of its online services due to technical challenges affecting its systems.

In a public notice, the Embassy said its website is currently unavailable, which has disrupted access to some services provided by the Mission.

It advised persons who need to travel to Ghana urgently due to an emergency to use the Ghana E-Visa platform to submit their applications.

“The Embassy wishes to inform the public that it is currently experiencing technical challenges affecting its online systems,” the notice said.

The Mission apologised for the inconvenience and said efforts were underway to restore the affected services as quickly as possible.

It assured the public that further updates would be provided once there is progress in restoring the systems.

The Embassy also appealed to the public for patience and understanding while the technical issues are being resolved.
