Gospel artiste Perez Musik has revealed that his visit to the Channel One TV–Zonda Tec Auto Sale and Expo has changed his perception of Chinese vehicles after personally experiencing the models on display at the showroom.
The musician, who visited the expo after hearing about it on Channel One TV, said he decided to attend to form his own opinion about the vehicles amid concerns some consumers have expressed about Chinese automotive brands.
“Channel One is one of my homes, and I watch Channel One a lot, and I heard about the fair on Channel One. People say a lot about Chinese vehicles, so I said to myself, let me come and experience it. I should come and see and ask questions, which I did, and honestly I am very satisfied.”
Perez Musik said his interaction with the vehicles and explanations from the team at the showroom gave him greater confidence in their quality and performance.
“I don’t really see the difference, and if anything at all, I think vehicles here (Zonda Showroom) feel [good] and quality is a little superior than some that I see around.”
One vehicle that particularly caught his attention was the TANK 700, which he described as impressive in terms of design, comfort and safety features.
“The Tank 700, I think it is an amazing car, wow, I don’t even know how to describe it. It is very bold, and it feels very safe, and it gives you some level of confidence.”
His comments come as the expo seeks to give consumers direct access to new vehicle models while promoting conversations around affordability, quality and ownership options within Ghana’s evolving automotive market.
