Nollywood actress, Regina Daniels, has teased fans about plans to have another child despite the messy separation from her estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko.

Naia News recalls that Regina Daniels and Nwoko got married in 2019, sparking public outrage over the huge age gap between the duo, but the actress was unbothered by the public criticisms.

The estranged couple had two children, all boys and in late 2025, their marriage hit a highly publicised crisis following allegations by Nwoko that the movie star was struggling with drug and alcohol abuse and required rehabilitation.

However, Regina Daniels swiftly debunked the allegations and accused Nwoko of manipulation, psychological control, and physical abuse.

Speaking during a recent livestream with Nigerian Tiktoker, Jarvis, Regina said she is no longer interested in marriage.

The thespian said she is still very interested in having more children, vowing that she must have a daughter.

Regina Daniels further explained that she wants a girl child because she believes daughters care more for their parents during old age, unlike men, who focus on building their families.

She said, “I want to have six children and I have two already, two boys. It so crazy but for some reason I have checked my mind out from getting married. But I am going to have a girl and I must have a girl.

“Men will grow, get married, and focus more on building a family. But for women she will always remember home.”
