Enterprise Insurance has paid more than GHS 280 million in claims to policyholders across Ghana in 2025.

These payments supported thousands of individuals, families, and businesses recovering from unexpected losses, reinforcing the company’s role as a dependable financial partner.

In insurance, trust is not built through promises – it is built through payments made when customers need support the most.

The company’s performance reflects its continued financial strength, backed by anAAA credit rating from GCR Ratings, one of Africa’s leading rating agencies.

This rating signals a strong ability to meet obligations even in challenging conditions, giving customers and partners confidence in the company’s stability.

Faster Claims, Simpler Processes

Over the past year, Enterprise Insurance has focused on improving how quickly and transparently claims are processed.

A key milestone was the growing number of customers who benefited from the award-winning Same Day Motor Claims Service, pioneered in March 2018 to significantly reduce waiting times for minor motor claims.

By the end of 2025: More than 2,000 customers benefited from same-day claim settlements.

Over GHS 2 million was paid under this initiative.

To further improve customer experience, the company introduced ClaimXpress, a digital platform that allows customers to track their claims in real time. This has helped reduce uncertainty and improve communication during what is often a stressful process.

Supporting Individuals and Businesses

The company’s claims payments reflect its reach across both retail and corporate sectors:

• Nearly 3,500 individual customers received about GHS 84 million
• Over 3,200 businesses were paid approximately GHS 195 million
These payments have helped households recover from disruptions and enabled businesses to maintain operations after setbacks.

A Long-Standing Presence in Ghana

Enterprise Insurance’s history in Ghana dates back to 1924, when it began operations in the Gold Coast. Over the decades, the company has evolved alongside the market, introducing new products and services while maintaining a consistent focus on reliability.

Today, that legacy continues with a focus on practical innovation, financial discipline, and responsive customer service.

Looking Ahead

As the insurance landscape continues to change, Enterprise Insurance’s focus remains on delivering timely claims, improving transparency, and strengthening trust through consistent performance.

For many customers, confidence in an insurer comes down to one question: Will they show up when it matters most?

At Enterprise Insurance LTD, this is an expectation we are committed to exceeding year after year, as we continue to provide our customers with “The Advantage” through reliable protection, timely claims settlement, and exceptional service delivery.
