General Superintendent of Assemblies of God Ghana, Stephen Yenusom Wengam, has called on organisations and institutions to adopt policy-driven approaches and innovative leadership structures to strengthen growth and sustainability.
He made the call during the commissioning of the ultra-modern Greater Accra East Regional Office complex of Assemblies of God Ghana.
The event, held on Monday, May 18, 2026, brought together ministers of the gospel, government officials, traditional leaders, and church members to mark what leaders described as a major milestone in the church’s development.
Speaking at the ceremony, Rev. Wengam underscored the importance of sacrifice, accountability, and transformational leadership in sustaining institutional growth.
“Creating a culture, making an impact, and building infrastructure that makes the organisation stronger and enduring. There are five key areas of transformational leadership: building trust, acting with integrity, encouraging others, and innovative thinking.”
The Minister for Gender, Agnes Naa Momo Lartey, who was also present, described the project as a reflection of visionary leadership, dedication, resilience and unwavering faith in God.
