One of the remaining celebrities is forced to quit the ITV reality show, a spin-off to I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here
There is set to be a shock for the I’m A Celebrity… South Africa campmates when one of them is forced to quit the show on medical grounds.
The news, set to be revealed in Tuesday’s (April 21) episode of the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here spin-off show, comes as a total shock to the entire group and causes lots of tears in camp.
The incident happens at the start of a day when one emotional campmate gathers everyone around. According to the Mirror, they tell the group: “I’ve just got something to tell you all.”

“I didn’t feel very well this morning… and the medics have advised I can’t return to camp. I’ve got to go home.” With tears in their eyes they add: “I don’t want to go. I’m absolutely gutted. I wanted to finish.”
The other campmates hug the star before they exit the show, leaving everyone in shock. We are keeping the identity of the celeb who is leaving anonymous so fans can see the action play out on ITV tonight.
The unplanned departure will then leave eight celebrity contestants left fighting to be crowned a ‘legend’ in the live final on Friday (April 24). They will take part in a trial called Rancid Run, which was previewed on Monday night’s (April 20) show and sees them playing in pairs.
There are also expected to be more evictions through the week to leave four celebs fighting to win in the final. David Haye and Gemma Collins were the latest to be evicted from the camp while last week, comedian Seann Walsh was the first celeb to leave the pre-recorded series in South Africa.
I’m A Celebrity continues on ITV and ITVX tonight at 9pm
