There is a difference in mentality at Manchester City- Antoine Semenyo

Ghana forward Antoine Semenyo has stated that there is a clear difference in mentality at Manchester City.

Semenyo has enjoyed a brilliant start to life at Manchester City after joining the club in January from AFC Bournemouth.

In seven league games, the Black Stars player has scored four goals and added an assist including scoring the only goal in Man City’s 1-0 win over Leeds United.

After describing the win over Leeds United at Elland Road as a big one as City battles Arsenal over the league title, Semenyo noted the difference in mentality at City in an interview with the club’s media after beating Leeds. (Click highlighted text to read full story)

“Yeah I’ve definitely seen [a difference in mentality]. It starts in training every day. Little habits – passing drills, possession. It’s the attention to detail, everyone’s focused.”

“Everyone’s just major focused, and that shift in mentality is so crazy. Little things and making sure you’re in tip-top shape” Semenyo said.
