The Ghana Police Service has launched a manhunt for Kumawood actress and entrepreneur Patricia Osei Boateng following the arrest of four suspects in connection with the robbery and murder of Andrews Amankwa, who was shot during a robbery at Ohwim Tigo Junction in Kumasi.

In a post shared by Crime Check on Facebook, and sighted by GhanaWeb on February 26, 2026, it was stated that the actress is the wife of a suspected armed robbery gang leader known as Duku, who was allegedly involved in the robbery.

According to the police, Patricia Osei Boateng is believed to have assisted Duku, who was shot dead during an exchange of gunfire with officers after the robbery.

The post further alleged that Patricia helped her husband pose as a nurse to evade police checks. Crime Check also claimed that the actress has fled the country.
